How to Change Contact Info for a Domain Name

Every domain name has 4 contacts: Registrant, Administrative, Billing, and Technical.

To add a New Domain Name Contact

Simply go to Manage Domains > Add a Domain Name Contact

To Modify an Existing Domain Name Contact

Simply go to Manage Domains > Modify a Contact
and select the contact you want to change from the dropdown list.

To Apply or Change the Contacts on File for a Domain Name

  1. Click "Manage Domains"
  2. Click the Domain Name in question.
  3. Select the appropriate contact from the dropdown list in each section in the left column (Registrant, Administrative, Billing, or Technical).
  4. Once the correct contacts have been selected, click "Update Contacts" (a button that will appear at the top of the left column).
