Priority Support
Priority Support is a way you can make your web site and your hosting needs eVerity's
priority. eVerity has always provided highly reliable hosting and fast, personal support, and
will continue to do so for all customers. Even so, for some this is not enough.
Priority Support offers the following benefits:
- Ability to submit the highest level priority support ticket options to ensure
your support tickets are answered first.*
- Applies to all of your shared hosting accounts, not just one.
- Priority Support is available only to customers who meet certain requirements.
To add Priority Support, please follow these steps:
- Log in to www.everity.com.
- Click "Update Your Settings" from the Support menu.
- Check the box next to Priority Package.
- Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the form.
You may cancel the Priority Package at any time by simply unchecking the box.
*** PLEASE NOTE: The submission of
emergency tickets for non-emergency issues may result in revocation from Priority
Support.
